ASSETS / PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
- Advise various government departments on the implementation of assets / property management policies and legislations.
- Manage the development of immovable asset management plans, policies, strategies and guidelines.
- Develop maintenance, refurbish and repair plans.
- Maintain and update immovable assets register with latest property information.
POLICY DEVELOPMENT
- Development of policies and strategies to guide the management of assets throughout its life cycle.
- Develop and review existing finance and property management policies.
- Develop and maintain the regulatory framework and best practice guides for the management of property and immovable assets.
FINANCIAL AND ACCOUNTING SERVICES
- Assist in compilation of operational budget.
- Audit to monitor adherence conduct to financial practices.
- Conduct verification of fixed and movable assets.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Manage building, renovate, maintenance and refurbish projects.
- Monitor lease agreement and existing contracts.
- Facilitate training and workshops.
SECRETARIAT AND FACILITATION
- Facilitate trainings and workshops.
- Provide secretariat functions for meetings and workshops.
- Direct programme at functions/ events when required.
